James Oliver is the author of

Bering Strait Crossing, which was published
worldwide in 2006. In 2007, he was invited to the
Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow to discuss
prospects for an intercontinental transport corridor
between Eurasia and North America in the 21st century.
